This home is part of a 3-unit property. Your stay will be in the side unit, which is the largest and most private of the three. The front unit is occupied by the owner, and there is also a small studio apartment on-site. You'll be staying in the exact unit shown in all of our photos—it features a wooden porch and a smart lock for easy self check-in. Your unique access code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. The unit is set just off the main street, offering a bit more peace and privacy during your stay.

With a completely open layout—no doors separate the living spaces or bedrooms—this unique home offers character, comfort, and access to everything Cleveland has to offer. Prime Location: We’re surrounded by some of the city’s best attractions: West Side Market – 2 mins / 0.5 miles The Flats – 4 mins / 1.2 miles Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse / Jack Casino – 5 mins / 1.5 miles Browns Stadium / Rock & Roll Hall of Fame / Great Lakes Science Center – 7 mins / 1.6 miles Playhouse Square – 8 mins / 2.1 miles Please Note : Construction is happening in backyard, basement, and adjacent unit. Other Things to Note: No smoking or parties allowed. Any evidence of smoking or unauthorized gatherings will result in a minimum $500 fine. Quiet hours are in place to respect our neighbors: Weekdays – Quiet after 10 PM Weekends – Quiet after 11 PM Check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-outs will incur a $50/hour fee. After 2 hours, the fee increases to $100/hour. This is a three-story home with no elevator access. Please consider this when booking, especially for guests with mobility concerns. A smart lock door code will be sent to you on the day of arrival—no physical key exchange needed. For safety and compliance, exterior security cameras are in use. These help verify guest count, monitor for noise violations, and ensure respect for quiet hours.
